The desired candidates must have previous proven experience working within a similar finance position and possess skills that can be utilised effectively, and they must be a good fit as this is a massive deciding factor for them due to the positive nature of the current team.
Day to day of the role:
Raising and reviewing customer invoices and credit notes.
Recovering funds owed to the company in a timely manner.
Managing financial relationships with residents, families, and third parties including lawyers and local authorities.
Monitoring debtor account balances to ensure timely recovery of funds.
Assisting the finance team with queries.
Producing and distributing weekly credit control reports for the leadership team.
Managing the allocation, reconciliation, and settlement of ledger balances.
Maintaining precise business records in accordance with company practices.
Escalating any concerns to the appropriate department, including the FD/CEO.
