Position Overview: Our client are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Manager to join their team to manage a portfolio of corporate customers. The role requires building great business relationships in order to support clients, troubleshooting, handling escalated issues, and ensuring that customer relationships are effectively managed and nurtured for long-term success.
Responsibilities:
Work to targets and SLA's and deliver exceptional service.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
Identify opportunities for growth within existing client accounts and drive revenue generation.
Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, advocating for client needs and priorities.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Proven experience in a client management or account management role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a track record of handling complex client issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
Strategic thinking and a results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving business growth and profitability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Experience in business travel is a must.

This role offers a salary of £40,000 plus generous bonus and travel benefits
