Reward Analyst

London

Frazer Jones are working with a global Private Equity company seeking an ambitious Reward Analyst to join them in a global role, based out of their stunning London office (hybrid, 3 days per week).

This is a newly created role as part of a growing team, reporting to the Global Head of Reward helping him develop, implement, and support their global compensation programs for the staff across 30 global offices.

Although this is a total Reward team, the focus (especially for the first 12-18 months) will be heavily compensation driven and with less involvement on the benefits side - although that might be an area for development in the future.

What they are looking for is a confident and highly analytical Compensation or Reward Analyst looking to focus on the Compensation side, who has strong data analytic skills, advanced Excel and at least two years' experience in a fast paced, dynamic environment - ideally within financial services or similar.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering pay guidelines and compensation programs, conducting research, analysing data and preparing recommendations offers for new hires, bonus programs, and insights on market trends. Duties will include:

Analysing and providing insight and recommendations on non-standard and exception-based compensation models, providing guidance to HR Business Partners

Keeping abreast of external compensation trends, and recommending changes or further investigation where appropriate

Preparing ad hoc reports from Excel and conducting research and analysis using data visualization tools, then identifying actionable insights and make recommendations

Assessing and analysing external market data and internal equity information

Conducting external compensation surveys and preparing detailed analyses and recommendations based on the results

Creating materials to effectively communicate compensation plans, policies and practices to the HR team, managers, and employees

To be considered for this role you must have proven ability as a compensation analyst, ideally for multiple geographies. You should have an analytical and continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to work effectively in an ever-changing environment. Being adaptable is key along with strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills. You should have a strong understanding of compensation practices within different jurisdictions. The role is offering a highly competitive compensation package including a substantial bonuses and the opportunity to work in a newly created, global role.

If you're interested in this role and would like more information, please apply and contact John Bruce at Frazer Jones with any questions or to have a confidential discussion about your job search.
