About The Mechanical Design Engineer Role
You will be responsible for mechanical design and development of bespoke equipment and machinel.
The Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for:
Collaborate on machine concepts and specs.
Design detailed mechanical plans with CAD.
Validate designs through calculations and prototyping.
Choose materials, components, and suppliers.
Create technical docs like drawings and assembly instructions.
Review designs and assist in manufacturing.
Test and troubleshoot for issues.
Improve designs based on feedback.
Stay current on tech and industry trends.
A successful Mechanical Design Engineer will need:
3+ years of equipment design experience
Proficiency in 3D CAD.
Demonstrate prior experience in a machinery/equipment manufacturing related sector.
