Key responsibilities of a Shared Ownership Administrator Provide an efficient administrative service to the New Homes Department
Fulfilling requirements as required including liaising with Connells Shared Ownershipteam and external agencies
Using Connells database to create and update property listings and manage the administrative function of the sales process
Create and distribute internal weekly and monthly reporting documents
Comply with company’s standard procedures and all statutory legislative and regulations affecting the estate agency industry
Skills and experience required to be a successful Shared Ownership Administrator Experience as an Administrator or similar role
Resilient , positive , numerate and detail oriented
Organised and able to prioritise workload in a faced paced environment
Keen interest in learning and keeping up to date with industry changes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
