BALLINTAGGART SENIOR & JUNIOR BAKER positions available

FULL TIME: (45hrs pw)

LOCATION: PERTHSHIRE

SALARY:£27,000- £29,000 + tips (Salary negotiable depending on experience)

The Feasts by Ballintaggart is a growth areawithin the business and we are excited to be recruiting for a dynamic, personable, and hardworkingbakerto be a key partof ourfunand enthusiastic events team. You will be integral in the growth of the business and play a key role in delivering large events across Scotland and beyond!

Key Skills & Requirements

Level 1 and 2 Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate

Minimum 3 years relevant kitchen experience

Awareness of manual handling techniques

Awareness of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH) and chemical safety?

Strong communication skills

Team management skills

High level of attention to detail

Good level of numeracy and basic digital skills (excel & word)

Enthusiasm to develop your own skills and knowledge plus assisting with the development of other kitchen team members

Adaptable to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes

Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work, in what can sometimes be a pressurised environment, thinking on your feet when necessary

Positive and approachable manner

Desirable skills, but not essential
