Office Manager/PA/Admin Assistant

JHE & Partners are pleased to be working with a highly regarded and leading manufacturing business in Huddersfield as they look to recruit an experienced Office Administrator. This opportunity will be working 5 days in the office and is a great time to be joining the business as they look to grow. You will be reporting into the CEO remotely and the finance director locally ensuring that all administrative support will be delivered efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate for this position will be an organised and dedicated individual with vast experience as an Office Manager position or similar. You will need to have 2+ year’s experience working in a small office environment where you can take control of day-to-day admin duties for the company and CEO. My client will also consider somebody looking for part time split across 5 days.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Minimum of 2+ years experience working as an Office Administrator or similar

Ensure general management of the office, overseeing operational efficiency, effective communications, and other types of strategic and tactical planning

Warmly greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls promptly and maintain office efficiency

Daily management of the office for the CEO

Sending letters and emails out to customers

PowerPoint presentations

Proven administrative experience

Superb written and verbal communication skills

Duties and type of person include:

Working in a small team ensuring all office duties are completed. This is a very fast-paced role and would require someone from a strong background working in an Office Admin position or similar.
