Our efforts are directed towards building a digital ecosystem of Islamic financial products in the UK. We have started by providing car finance for PCO drivers. We are supported by an amazing IT & project team, but the client-facing team needs some further reinforcement, as the number of customer enquiries and applications is continuing to grow.
Join us to help us serve the community of people, who are looking for Islamic finance for their business and PCO requirements. You will have high autonomy, broad responsibilities and involvement in most operational matters.

Experience in customer-facing roles

Experience with reporting and analytical tools

Self-driven, with the ability to manage complex workstreams independently
Initial responsibilities:
Customer onboarding support (phone, WhatsApp, email, etc.)
Post-sales customer support
Data management, reporting, and analytics

Our office is located at 1 Kingdom Street, London (near Paddington Station)
