You will demonstrate impeccable integrity and serve as a trusted advisor to the Board of Directors and the wider management team, on HR-related issues, providing guidance and support to drive business success.
Responsibilities:
* HR Policies and Procedures: Refine, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Regularly review and update policies to reflect best practices and organisational changes.
* Legal Compliance: Stay abreast of employment laws and regulations to ensure the company's HR practices remain compliant. Provide guidance to the Board and the management team on legal issues related to employment, discrimination, and workplace safety.
