As a Demi CDP you will be responsible for maintain the highest level of standards in the kitchen and assisting with the preparation of all dishes. You will work collaboratively with your team and assist in the cleanliness and upkeep of your section and the kitchen as a whole. You should uphold the highest standards and ensure the member experience is always in line with club standards.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
The key responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to:
Having good food knowledge with a genuine interest in learning and developing your skills.
Maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen and adhering to all health and safety requirements.
Ensuring you have a comprehensive understanding of the full menu offering.
Assisting with the preparation of dishes; ensuring your work is always delivered to the highest standard.
Being responsible for completing your mise en place in a timely manner and ensuring you are always ready for service.
Delivering a fresh, high quality food offer for our members club.
Working and assisting across all food sections in the kitchen.
Ensuring the highest possible standard of presentation & cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen, both in the kitchen itself and & back of house areas.
Maintaining a clean and orderly cooking station.
Controlling the wastage and of your section keeping costs down.
Ensuring storage of all food and provisions is done safely and in line with standards.
Ensuring that, in general, all stock is secure and there is no stock loss from the kitchen.
Complying with procedures to ensure all Health and Safety and Food Hygiene requirements are compliant with current legislation and to ensure temperature records and food labelling are recorded and up to date.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
1 years previous experience in a busy and high-volume hospitality operation.
Planning ability; able to work unsupervised.
Attention to detail, able to identify mistakes and request clarification.
Excellent time-management skills; comfortable prioritising what is important during busy periods.
Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues and senior management.
Strong command of English.
A genuine passion for hospitality and hosting.
