Preferred Skills and Experience
An understanding of estate agency is desirable but not essential - we provide you with all the training you need to excel in this role!
Experience of working within a contact center environment is preferred
Confident in up-selling additional products and services is essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident and friendly telephone manner
Ability to work as part of a team, sharing best practice, knowledge, resource, and ideas
Strong organizational skills; manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
Computer literate and tech savvy. Training in company software/systems will be provided.
Flexible attitude to working hours as some weekend working will be required.
