Hotel General Manager - Boutique Hotel - City - £100k - £125k + Bonus
Super chic, high end Boutique Hotel operation in the heart of The City. The client is looking for a highly polished, possibly a classically trained individual that is a true Hotelier. A Hotel General Manager that has an innate appreciation of the fragile nature a Hotel operation has with its local guest population & someone that understands that business success is built on a foundation of delivering consistency - day in & day out.
This is not going to be a role for everyone. Ideally you are a Hotel General Manager looking for complete autonomy & all that comes with it. This is a role for a General Manager that has possibly trained at a recognised, prestigious international Hotel school & has built a career delivering service to a discreet, high end, discerning clientele. It will be a hands on, lead from the front role - overseeing a small team.
Design led & marketed towards a smart City clientele during the week with a mainly leisure market at weekends. Ideally, you will be entrepreneurial & have a background in high end boutique hotel properties or concierged high class apartment buildings. You must possess strong attention to detail skills & be commercially minded.& have a drive to run the business as if it were your own.
You must possess a proven track record of driving room sales & occupancy.
Base Salary £100k - £125k is on offer but the client is very much open to those that might be earning more - or less than this currently - it's about finding the perfect person for the role not those with the highest expectations.
