As a National Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing, and executing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of the recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Maintain and develop relationships with key clients.
Monitor and analyse market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and effective operations.
Report regularly on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the recruitment industry
Excellent leadership skills.
Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Package details:
Salary of up to £55,000
