Receptionist

Reed are currently working with a forward thinking established global law firm in the recruitment of a r eceptionist . You will be tasked as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, both in person and over the telephone. Your primary responsibility is to create a positive and professional first impression, demonstrating exceptional customer care and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
About the role:
Meeting and greeting clients is a welcoming and professional manner, providing the best hospitality possible.
Demonstrate excellent customer service when answering telephone queries and welcoming clients and visitors.
Manage the bookings of rooms for meetings and liaising with hosts and clients alike.
Setting up conference room equipment as required, to include laptops, screens, projectors.
Booking client transportation.
Carrying out ad-hoc administrative duties.
About you:
Exceptional customer service skills.
Proficient in MS Office and other IT software.
Experience and comfortability in a professional, corporate environment.
Exceptionally organised, capable of planning and prioritizing work, paying meticulous attention to detail.
Adaptable interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with diverse styles and personalities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to provide support outside regular hours if needed.
Handles complaints or queries calmly and professionally, escalating as required
This is a full time position based between the usual hours of 8:30am - 17:00pm.
Salary: £24,000 per annum.
