They cater for numerous events ,weddings, parties, afternoon teas with a Rosette RestaurantAs Senior Receptionist you will be in charge of the smooth operation of the front desk, making sure customer service is of the highest standard at all times. You must be no stranger to organisation, delegation and problem solving as well as have a good head for meeting revenue figures and ensuring targets are met.
Experience and duties required as Senior Receptionist include:
Previous hotel Front Office Head Receptionist experience
A minimum of 1 years experience with Guestline Rezlynx
Supervisory and training skills
Strong team leadership and teamwork skills
Understanding of budgets
Maximise room occupancy, experience of allocations
Duty management shifts as and when required
Ensuring that all service standards are adhered to in line with company policy
Ability to work flexible hours - 8am-4pm or 3pm-10.30pm
Liaising with all departments on a day-to-day basis
As Senior Receptionist you MUST also possess the following:
Previous experience as a Head Receptionist, Reception Manager or Assistant Front of House Manager
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotels or similar is preferred.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
A minimum of 1 years’ experience with Guestline Rezlynx
Please NOTE no Live-in accommodation is available for this role.
