Salary  – Up to £30,000 Per Annum DOE

Location – Birmingham

Role Type – Permanent / Full Time / 9-5 / Mon-Fri

The Role

You’ll be responsible for liaising with staff and clients, coordinating with various contractors and suppliers, and ensuring that the office remains presentable and fully functional. Administrative duties will include managing spreadsheets, ordering stationery and office supplies, planning for functions, arranging invoice payments, and car park management.

Additionally, you will oversee meeting room requirements, maintain records and documentation in compliance with legislative and safety requirements, and manage daily kitchen operations including stock checks and replenishments. The role also includes processing and dispatching mail, welcoming and assisting visitors, managing the switchboard, maintaining the visitor log, issuing visitor passes, and serving as a first aider.
