Estates Supervisor required for an immediate start
Location: Oxfordshire
Length: temporary - ongoing
Hours: 37.5 hours a week, Mon – Fri
Main responsibilities of the role:
Support the Head of Estates to ensure the building/electrical/mechanical equipment is maintained to statutory and mandatory standards
Ensure the delivery of planned, reactive, emergency maintenance and minor works in agreed timescales providing a safe and secure environment for all staff and service users
Responsible for maintaining and refining the planned preventative maintenance, repair and replacement programmes, minor projects work, and ensuring that current legislation, regulations and safe systems of work are adhered to
Undertake PPM planning and contracts and service delivery management
Ensure statutory compliance to relevant legislation, regulations, codes of practice is maintained
Provide specialist advice to the Senior Engineer and Estates Services Manager
Essential requirements:
Your experience managing teams and overseeing maintenance tasks carried out by Electricians, Plumbers and Carpenters
Technical maintenance knowledge
Access to a vehicle and full, UK driving licence
