We are looking for Spatial Designer to join us reporting into the Form & Space Director. This role is focussed on producing charismatic, strategically led creative solutions, to deliver inspiring three-dimensional brand experiences.

Responsibilities
Believes in the meaning of Brand First, through charismatic design and how it can get a brand noticed and chosen
Promotes the role of the 3D team in delivering true 3D Brand Experiences, across multiple touchpoints
Creates holistic concepts and solutions that build on a Brand's charisma and offer a unique point of difference across all aspects of 3D brand experience
Demonstrates a deep understanding of how to connect strategy to creative work through development of creative territories for design
Quickly edits ideas to focus in on the best ideas
Works across multiple creative projects
Partners with internal teams to ensure creative and 3D solutions are integrated, in order to deliver holistic brand solutions
Through early involvement and partnership in projects fully understands what the brand stands for, its core values and the charisma it strives to evoke
Behaves as the clients' creative partner to build trust and long-term relationships
Acts a brand ambassador, challenging and interpreting feedback where necessary to build the brand
Demonstrates 3D creative knowledge, expertise and relevant provocation to clients in line with the brand
Requirements
5 years experience in spatial design including retail, POS, office and activation/events
Demonstrable experience in utilising brand guidelines to create on brand spaces
A track record of working through projects from concept to delivery
Visualisation and 3D experience; an ability to think conceptually and bring a brand to life in 3D
A portfolio that includes the delivery of permanent and temporary spaces for brands
