Your new company You will be working on a permanent basis for a well-established financial services organisation in the heart of Liverpool. This is an award-winning, leading firm in its speciality that offers many progression and training opportunities, who are now looking to expand their team with a full-time Complaints Handler. Your new role In your new role, you will be responsible for the logging and investigation of all new complaints, ensuring compliance with GDPR and FCA regulations. Your main duties will be liaising with dealer/ broker partners, customers, field staff, and third party finance partners in order to investigate complaint points raised and provide information as and when required to contribute towards comprehensive reports to support investigations and suggested final responses (to customers and/or FOS) to IAF Reading team where appropriate. You will also need to highlight any operational risks identified during the complaints handling process to the compliance team and work closely with your team members. What you'll need to succeed In order to be considered for this role, you will need to have excellent attention to detail, be a confident communicator and have recent customer service and complaint handling experience, preferably in a professional service environment. Having experience interrogating complaints and putting a redacted pack of information together would also be desirable. What you'll get in return This role offers an annual salary of £24,000-26,000 plus a fantastic benefits package. This role offers hybrid working options (work from 2 days a week) and is Monday-Friday 9-5.30. The office is based in Liverpool city centre. You'd be joining a team of friendly colleagues who will aid in your professional development and benefit from a modern office close to major transport links via car, train and bus as well as great places to eat and shop.
