Handling incoming enquiries from both the sales team and their customers
Customers ringing in for product support and technical advice will include architects, house builders, main contractors, subcontractors and builders
You will work alongside a very established and knowledgeable team, and full product and technical training will be provided
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT - Product Support Specialist:
My client is expecting to train the successful applicant on their products, and the technical information required to carry out the role
You will though already have some construction experience, either from operations, sales or installation
