Butler Rose is working alongside an industry-leading organisation in their search for a Statutory Accountant to join their team on a Permanent basis. Our client is based in Warwick, and this would be hybrid role with two days in the office and will require travel during necessary periods between three sites. Salary dependant on experience and will range between £44,000 - 55,000. Key responsibilities: * Responsible for consolidation of three business units forming one statutory entity. * Responsible for US GAAP to FRS102 adjustments, including purchase price adjustments. * Prepare the consolidated local UK GAAP ETB, master disclosures and statutory accounts. * Prepare the word file of the local accounts by making utilising existing software solutions to create the models. * Prepare going concern memos and supporting workings. * Understand and document key adjustments from US GAAP to FRS102 * Support the local sites on SOX compliance ensuring consistency and adherence to group policies. What our client is looking for: * Qualified BA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or QBE * Experience of MS Excel and offline consolidations. * Must have understanding of GAAP differences and application of GAAP other than UK. * Must have experience of consolidations at group/across site level and preparing accounts for +c$200M business. * Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills * Curious and enquiring mind * Excellent report-writing and communication skills Benefits offered: * Bonus: 8% * Holidays: 25 days * Westfield Health - cashback * Pension We can offer you a full insight and job description on applying, please don't delay with your application.
