Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and that both client and Company health and safety policy and processes are effectively implemented and are regularly reviewed.10. To develop a good working relationship with all members of staff and clients staff. Able to complete all Engineering team Appraisals & Personnel development plans.11. To control the logbook systems, undertake pre-audit checks and monthly reporting.12. Overview staff training and holiday, reporting to the contract manager.
