The Role

Due to the development and expansion of the firm it is now seeking to appoint a number of paralegals in the EL/PL team who will be accountable for managing their own caseload advising on liability and quantum.
The ideal candidate will have wide-ranging experience, including handling pre-litigated cases involving Employers Liability & Public Liability. You will be handling a range of interesting cases completing initial investigations, taking witness statements, reviewing medical records and considering quantum before negotiating a settlement.
The Candidate
• Paralegal with experience of handling a caseload of EL/PL claims
• Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Excellent Attention to detail
• Strong organisation and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Professional and effective communication with team members and clients
