You will be working in a small team liaising with customers and suppliers as well as a number of internal stakeholders. You must enjoy a role where you can take responsibility for a number of areas. In order to be considered you will need to have strong computer skills including MS Excel. Previous experience in a similar role is ideal.
The Role
In this role, you will be working in a small team responsible for providing Sales admin support to the Brand Manager; you will work alongside the Office Administrator and be responsible for liaising with suppliers and customers, producing quotes and processing customer orders. You will also collate paperwork, book travel, process invoices and arrange international shipments. It is working in a lovely office and you will really be able to make the role your own.
The ideal candidate
In order to be considered for this role, you will need to be highly organised with previous Admin experience in a similar role. You must be able to multi-task and have a can-do attitude. It is vital that you are a strong communicator with the ability to problem solve and build relationships. Strong IT skills are essential as is the ability to take responsibility for your own workload. Previous knowledge of Customs requirements would be a distinct advantage.
