Are you a seasoned sales professional in the FMCG industry, with a knack for building relationships and a drive to exceed targets? Are you ready to take on a new challenge in the dynamic beverage industry? We're seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to join our client, a globally renowned brand, with a focus selling into distributors, cateres and fulfilment centres, cultivating new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with key accounts across Cardiff, Swansea, and Newport.
The Role :
Develop your patch, promoting and selling the brand, enhancing the presence in the area
Focus on distributors, fulfilment centres and caterers as key prospects
Work with existing accounts to identify areas for growth and increase the order value
Travel across the area to meet with prospective and current clients, developing relationships and being their go-to specialist for the brand
Working to and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Thinking strategically about who would stock your brand in bulk and sell to a wider audience – being creative to grow your patch
Are you what we’re looking for?
Previous experience in the FMCG industry, with a track record of achieving revenue targets
A proactive and results-driven approach, coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills
Experience selling to large distribution customers, wholesalers or caterers
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Possession of a full clean driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the region
Demonstrated hunger, tenacity, and resilience in pursuing sales goals
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Outgoing and forward-thinking individual with a passion for the brand
