We are looking for someone who is equally as passionate about our brand, that are looking to innovate and strengthen our current digital team and an individual that will continue to push our industry-leading YoY growth.
What you will do:
Work closely with the digital and product teams to prepare products for on-site launches, including the oversight of product categorisation and merchandising
Support the Digital team to meet daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal KPIs
Coordinate the day-to-day execution of promotional strategy for our ecommerce store, including pricing, on-site creatives, terms & conditions and promotions
Assist the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and implement monthly trade calendars that align with our annual sales plan
Help to produce creative, engaging and informative product descriptions that sell our products whilst retaining our tone of voice
Maximise the relevancy of website search results and product recommendations, using Google Analytics and SEO data
Ensure that the user journey is optimised for each channel, working with the wider marketing team to provide relevant insights into performance - combining product performance with site metrics to gain a better understanding of performance with actionable recommendations
Report on performance using a range of analytics tools, presenting findings, insights, and recommendations on a weekly, monthly and annual basis
Daily quality checks to maintain high standards across digital, resolving any issues as and when they may arise
Working with the wider team to highlight customer pain points and optimise the on-site journey to combat any difficulties identified
Conduct competitor research across all key markets, identifying relevant trends to the Digital Marketing Manager
Maintain and optimise relevant e-commerce systems and platforms to ensure that internal processes are running efficiently
Conduct market research regularly to make new suggestions and optimise strategies
Troubleshoot and problem solve when needs arise
Liaise with internal and external teams to propel store developments forward, often project managing changes and reporting back to the wider team on progression
We are looking for someone who has:
At least 1+ years experience in an ecommerce role
The ability to travel to our HQ near Chester (office based role)
Experience and knowledge of Shopify
Experience in promotion coordination and creating trade calendars
Excellent & accurate literacy skills with experience in writing with SEO in mind
Excellent skills in analytics, data and IT, with the ability to pinpoint trends and improvements to be made from gathered data
Knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO data
The ability to think like our customer and analyse performance insights for continual development and growth
An open mind and is driven by results
The ability to be highly organised and efficient within a fast-paced environment
The ability to blend and complete tasks within a team, working together with colleagues to give the best work output possible
Confidence to develop, present and back your ideas to a group or team, yet finds feedback constructive to develop ideas further
Effective project management skills and the ability to work on different projects simultaneously
A graduate level qualification is preferred (Marketing Degree preferred but not essential, experience is more important to us!)
