Your focus will be…

Provide design direction and guidance throughout all project phases, ensuring design concepts align with client requirements, functionality, and feasibility.

Drive innovation in design approaches, materials, and techniques to achieve visually stunning and functional outcomes that surpass industry standards.

Collaborate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and translating them into innovative design solutions that exceed expectations.
You will bring to the table…
Proven experience in a Senior capacity within the construction or architecture industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional design solutions.
Proven experience working on commercial office fit-out projects
Excellent knowledge of design principles, trends, materials, and construction techniques, with a strong portfolio showcasing design expertise.
Ability to balance creativity with practicality, ensuring designs are both innovative and feasible within project constraints.
Proficiency in design software and tools for conceptualization, visualization, and presentation of design concepts.
Flexibility and adaptability to evolving project needs and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
