Salary: £25,000 with realistic on target earnings of £30,000 within your first year and uncapped commission

The Sales Executive Position:
Contacting prospective customers to introduce the company’s services and product range
Qualifying leads through effective questioning to gain an understanding of their needs
Reaching out to existing customers to continue nurturing close working relationships and identify further opportunities
Maintaining accurate records of sales activity, ensuring all data is added to the CRM and up-to-date
Collaborating with the wider sales team to ensure all sales activity is consistent
Adhering to industry-related compliance regulations
The Skills and Experience Required:
Prior experience gained within sales is essential, preferably gained as a Sales Executive or Telesales Executive
Target-driven and results-orientated with a proven track record of reaching or surpassing targets
Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of establishing relationships and building rapport over the phone
Engaging and outgoing, with a keenness to go above and beyond for customers
Uses initiative to overcome obstacles
