Resilience and Agility: Working in a start-up company requires an expectation for regular change and dealing with unexpected events. We require individuals that can thrive in those environments and can find opportunity.

Ambition and Risk Management: We are aspiring to build cutting edge technological solutions, which carries risk. Mistakes are inevitable, and our fail fast culture ensures that no-one is afraid to take a calculated risk for fear of failure, rather that they understand how to positively respond to it.

Positivity and Energy: Think solutions, not problems – we embrace individuals that can see the silver lining in adversity and look for a way forward for themselves and the business.

Discipline and Project Management: Whilst our culture is of high trust and support, we are not handholding. Employees are expected to self-manage project workload and ensure risks and obstacles are appropriately communicated, so that support can be provided at the earliest opportunity.

Transparency, honesty and pro-activity: We believe in being honest throughout the organisation and expect the same in return. We commit to high levels of transparency from our first engagement, right through to the last and is driven from the CEO.

Team Player: Whilst individual success is important, we do not believe in prioritising individuals over the wider team. We aspire for every employee to share in the success of the company, and therefore we look for individuals that are motivated by team success. Win together, lose together.
