Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Brand Enhancement: Formulate and implement potent global brand strategies in conjunction with the Global Brand Team.
• Translate strategies into actionable blueprints for regional teams, ensuring flawless execution.
• Assume a pivotal role in steering the strategic and commercial trajectory of the brand.
• Cultivate robust ties with distributors, retailers, and regional managers to fuel market expansion.
• Contribute to the development of market-leading launch strategies by aligning proposals with the global brand team.
• Provide timely insights and market demands to catalyse brand innovation.
• Operational Excellence and Reporting: Develop dynamic brand presentations for distributors and retailers, fostering clarity and alignment.
• Ensure prompt dissemination of brand-related information to distributors and retailers to promote transparency.
• Collaborate with operations to furnish data and resources for seamless new product launches.
• Assess feedback on media plans and performance metrics to steer data-driven decisions.
• Uphold brand standards across online retail platforms to ensure consistency.
• Compile and present monthly reports for distributors, unveiling crucial insights.
Qualifications and Experience:
Graduate level with a business/marketing-related degree.
A minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably in sales, buying, or marketing within fashion, beauty, or fragrance.
Strong numerical and analytical skills, proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
Eagerness to learn and proactive in a dynamic environment.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build strong relationships across internal teams and external partners.
