Role:
My client has a busy and expanding Service and maintenance department working for a range of private and commercial clients, the work ranges from large private residences to schools, colleges, universities, pharmaceutical buildings, and many other commercial settings.
As a member of the Service and maintenance team on site you will be responsible for conducting the planned and reactive maintenancetothesite’smechanical services.
Youwillcoveranumberofsites withinthecentral andsoutherncounties in an approximate 80-mile radius of our Oxford office sowillbegivenacompany vantotraveltothe site.
AsCommercial/DomesticGasEngineeryouwill beresponsibleforthe following:
ConductPlannedMaintenancetoBoilers,heating,plumbing& Ventilation systems.
Attendrepairs,breakdownsandfaultfinding Participate in the 24/7 call out Rota on rotation.
Installationofpipework&plumbing,replacingelectro/mechanical components.
Workingatheights.
Completionofreports andassist with quotationsto clients.
Youwillrequireagoodworkingattitudeandqualityworkmanship,personality,andwillingnesstogotheextramilearekey attributes.
Youwillbeworkingaspartofateamaswellasindependentlysowillneedtobeforward-thinking withan initiative-takingapproach and a positive attitude.

Experience
