Transport Support Assistant
Hourly Rate: £11.75/hr
Based out of Kettering General Hospital
Full-Time
Day-to-day of the role:
Liaising with the Discharge Planning team at Kettering General Hospital to coordinate patient discharges.
Working alongside a Support Worker to transport the service user from the hospital to a home address.
Chaperoning patients during their journey home, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Assisting patients in unloading from the transport and helping them into their homes.
Full training will be provided to ensure the highest standards of care and safety are maintained.
