Social Value Solutions Lead

As Social Value Solutions Lead you will have experience of working on public sector investment projects (preferably within the built environment). You will be responsible for developing social value solutions within competitive procurement projects that meet the requirements of public sector procurers. Solutions will be aligned to client and local stakeholder ambitions and have the potential to maximise the positive impact the project can have in delivery on society and the communities it serves. You will carry out local research and stakeholder engagement to design social value delivery frameworks and initiatives that ensure measurable social, environmental, and economic outcomes in project delivery.
Experience and Qualifications:
Proven experience in social impact, corporate social responsibility, or a related field (preferably within the built environment)
Knowledge of social value principles, frameworks, and measurement methodologies linked to public procurement, including relevant UK social value legislation
Understanding of social and environmental issues and their intersection with business activities
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and execute work effectively
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to think strategically and creatively to drive positive change
Client focused, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure (going the extra mile when needed)
