Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and nurture client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Track client interactions and manage account details.
Oversee workflow and project management.
Supervise outsourced paraplanners and manage reports.
About You:
Experience in retail financial services with an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
Chartered Financial Planner status preferred but not essential.
Strong project and workflow management skills.
Proactive with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to update control sheets and meet compliance requirements.
Skilled in analysing reports and quality checking.
Excellent technical, communication and client management skills.
Able to work from head office near York or be based remotely.
