As a Business Development Executive within The Recruitment Co. you will be responsible for generating new business by identifying prospective opportunities to increase sales activity and achieve expected productivity levels and targeted revenue generation. Your knowledge will be up to date regarding competing markets within your geographical location and throughout the entire UK within your market sectors.
Key Responsibilities include:
To ensure set targets are achieved with regard to: Sales, Profitability & Margin
Generate, qualify, and develop new business prospects/leads
Close new business opportunities
Identifying vertical market opportunities
Arrange and attend online and site meetings
Working with the wider team to arrange a client-preferred recruitment process
The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate:
Previous experience in a recruitment consultant role or a business-to-business sales environment.
