About the role:
Handling the day-to-day building maintence
Liaising with contractors
Supporting the cleaner and general housekeepers
Ensuring that the building complies with necessary health and safety
Monitoring cleaning materials and re-ordering as required
Landscaping duties to maintain outside spaces
About you:
Great people skills and solutions focused
Previous experience of working in a similar role
Good all-round practical skills and knowledge of general maintenance
Previous experience of managing health and safety
Full clean driving license - a pool car is available for use
A qualification in building maintenance and health and safety would be desirable but not essential
This is part-time position. Monday to Friday. 5 hours each day between 9:00am – 17:00pm
Salary: £16,000
