Training Coordinator
Stratton Recruitment is seeking to recruit an administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and supportive team.
Primary responsibilities:
* Involvement in the preparation and co-ordination of enrolment paperwork and the collection of learner evidence to ensure compliance
* Responsible for timely and accurate data entry on to our designated management information system, and other relevant external and internal systems
* Manage the booking and processing of Functional Skills sessions and examinations including registration and certification claims with relevant awarding bodies
* Assisting with the coordination of learner progress reviews
* Providing feedback to employers and other clients on learner progress and identified risks
General responsibilities:

* Understand and adhere to all responsibilities to ensure that the quality and compliance requirements of the funding body, employer or any other contract stakeholder, are maintained
