Key Duties:
First Point of Contact for Payroll Service Clients
Prepare / Process / Maintain & Submit Accurate Payroll Information & Records
Data Entry for all Personnel Transactions such as New Hires / Terminations / Leave of Absence / Benefits Deductions etc
Calculating / Processing Deductions including PAYE / Tax / NI / SSP
Research & Resolve Problems
Raise Fee Notes to Clients
Prepare & Maintain Ad Hoc Reports
Profile:
Good Working Knowledge of Practical Payroll Matters & Current HMRC Legislation including RTI
Sage experience needed
Ideally have worked within a Practice Environment or dealt with Multiple Payrolls
Strong Communication & IT Skills
Willing to work part of a team
