Job Description Analyst/Associate - Debt Advisory/M&A (Renewables)
A leading investment management firm is looking for a dynamic and talented M&A / Debt Advisory Associate to join their growing Renewable Energy team.
As an M&A / Debt Advisory Associate in the Renewables Sector team, you will play a crucial role in assisting with mergers, acquisitions, and debt-related transactions within the clean energy sector. This is a unique opportunity to work with a team of industry experts on high-impact projects and gain valuable experience in the field
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Managing renewable energy transactions from origination through execution
Conducting financial analysis and modelling
Developing marketing materials such as pitch books, information memorandums etc.
Building relationships with clients while managing their expectations throughout the transaction process
Qualifications/Skills Needed:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus
2-5 years of experience in investment banking, M&A, or debt advisory.
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
Buy-side experience is advantageous but not essential
A passion for the renewables sector!
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
A second European language is ideal (German, French, Italian, Spanish, etc.)
