We are so pleased to continue collaborating with a luxury hotel set on the beautiful coastline of Dorset. Part of a wonderful hotel group that takes pride in welcoming families with open arms, they are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their team.
Due to the location, it would be ideal that you have a driving licence.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Restaurant Manager
Up to £40,000 per annum (some negotiation) plus a 10% bonus and circa £2,000 to £3,000 service charge

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager
Taking a hands-on approach to leading and managing the restaurant team
Monitoring your team's performance and conducting regular high-quality training
Being proactive by developing and implementing strategies to enhance guests dining experiences
Collaborating with the kitchen and dining areas to ensure seamless coordination and memorable experiences for all families
Overseeing day-to-day operations and taking ownership of budgets, stock and equipment
