However, some pupils may require additional support to engage in their education which is built around their needs, skills, and interests. That’s where you come in. As a teacher, you’ll work with neurodiverse children and young people (Aged between 11 - 14) who may have additional needs relating to communication and interaction, cognition and learning, sensory and/or physical needs.You will teach Science within our secondary provision, delivering sessions to small groups or supporting individual pupils. As we’re a small school, you may need to teach other subjects as part of your role.Our curriculum is tailored to each pupil, rather than taking a conventional mainstream approach and as such learning is based on individual needs, goals, strengths, and aspirations.
