Job Title: Architect
Location: East London
Salary & Package: £50k - £60k + Additional benefits package

Exciting opportunity for an Architect to join a leading Residential Developer and work on some award winning schemes across London dealing with internal layouts, space planning and optimisation. The architect will be site based with travel to the 4 schemes the individual will be working across.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project teams to develop external/interior design concepts that meet client objectives, project requirements, and budget constraints.
Utilize 3D modelling software and other visualization tools to create realistic renderings and visualizations of interior spaces, layouts, and concepts.
Conduct space planning and massing studies to optimize spatial arrangements and circulation flow within buildings.
Develop detailed interior layouts, floor plans, and elevations, ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and accessibility standards.
Work closely with clients, contractors, and consultants to communicate design intent and ensure successful project implementation.
Stay current on industry trends, materials, and technologies to inform design decisions and enhance project outcomes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on interior layouts and visualization.
Strong conceptual design skills and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual representations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts to clients and project stakeholders.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to interior design and architecture.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
