Language Empire is a leading provider of face to face interpreters to public sector organizations across the UK. We offer a wide range of interpreting services in more than 500 languages, including BSL (British Sign Language), simultaneous and conference interpreting services and translation services. We are looking for a Project Administrator to join our team. As the Project Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running and completion of projects to meet client requirements. This role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor project timelines to ensure timely completion of project milestones
Provide administrative support to project co-ordinators as necessary for the successful completion of projects
Create and maintain project files and documentation including client information, project plans, and status reports
Ensure all project-related documents are up to date and properly stored to enable easy retrieval when required
Communicate with project managers to coordinate project work and ensure deadlines and budgets are met
Participate in meetings, take notes, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth execution of all projects
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in project coordination or administrative support
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also in a team environment
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
