Position: Senior Contracts Administrator
Location: Leicester
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 subject to experience plus 22 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday, Pension, Internal progression, and team
We are looking for a Senior Administrator to join an established company in the fire and security sector based in the Leicester.
This person will be dealing with client portfolios in relation to planned and reactive maintenance.
This position will involve maintaining client relationships, arranging work for engineers, quoting jobs to clients, contract updates as well as dealing directly with engineers.
Please note that this is not a remote or hybrid position. This person will be expected to be in the office when they are not out at meetings.
The right person for this position will already have contract administration experience. It would be a major advantage if this person came from an engineering, fire and security or facilities maintenance background.
They need to have excellent IT skills and be able to communicate at all levels.
We do need this person to hold a full UK driving licence.
Requirements
Experience as a contract administrator or supervisor.
Coordinating engineers experience is preferred but not essential.
Based in a commutable distance to Humberstone, Leicester.
Able to produce accurate quotations if required.
Experience within engineering or fire and security would be a major advantage.
Must be willing to work in the office as there is no remote working.
A passion to grow with a company.
Team player
Full UK Driving licence
Excellent IT and communication skills
Package
Basic salary subject to experience level
Monday to Friday position.
All travel and expenses paid.
Team events.
Office hours 8:30am until 5pm
