This role involves working as an Equity Reward and Valuations Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager within one of the fastest growing, and highly regarded tax advisory specialist firms. You will work closely with highly experienced Directors/Associate Partners on an array of key relevant areas of tax involved in Equity Reward and Valuations.

Description
Direct experience in working with clients and intermediaries.
Solid understanding and practical experience in key tax areas related to Equity Reward and Valuations, such as: Employment-related securities and their role in employee incentive schemes.
Both tax-advantaged and non-tax-advantaged share schemes, including benefits and qualifying conditions.
Fundamental principles and methodologies of tax valuations.
Due Diligence: Collaborate with broader tax due diligence teams by supporting on matters related to employment-related securities and share schemes, including participating in calls, reviewing documents, identifying tax risks, quantifying them when necessary, and preparing reports.
Annual compliance requirements for employment-related securities and tax-advantaged share schemes.
Strong skills in project management.
Keen interest in the development of junior staff members, including new graduates.
Profile
A successful Equity Reward and Valuations Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager should have:
A level of exposure to equity reward, share schemes or valuations either in practice, in industry or a mixture of both.
Preference would be CTA and / or ACA qualified, but this is not essential and support will be given towards these if not already held.

Job Offer
Depending on your seniority level/skillset, a Big-4 weighted salary package in the region of: Assistant Manager - £40,000 - £52,000
Manager - £50,000 - £65,000
Senior Manager - £65,000 - £88,000
