About the Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated and driven Operations Manager to lead our dynamic operations team. As a pivotal leader within our organisation, you will oversee and optimise various operational functions to ensure seamless processes and exceptional service delivery. The Operations Manager will report to the Head of Operations and will be instrumental in coordinating tasks, implementing efficient procedures, fostering a culture of excellence, and driving the overall success of inomed Neurocare.

Duties include but are not limited to
Manage the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and by established policies and procedures.
Manage a small office team, assigning tasks to team members, setting clear expectations, and providing necessary support and guidance.
Work closely with the Head of Operations on multiple operational projects and provide support in administrative tasks as needed.
Prepare regular reports and updates on departmental activities, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Head of Operations.
Monitor team performance and productivity, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide ad-hoc support to the team with the daily operations, including orders processing, customer service, bookings confirmation, and other administrative duties.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members to support their professional development and growth.
Serve as a point of escalation for complex customer inquiries or issues, providing guidance and assistance as needed to ensure timely resolution.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements for the Role
Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
At least two years of experience in Operations
At least two years of experience in a management role, preferably within Operations
Essential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, analyse data, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to address complex operational challenges.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred
Proven experience within the healthcare or medical industry.
Knowledge of Microsoft ERP system Navision.
