We are recruiting for a Projects Estimator who can manage a busy estimation & projects function, assessing and quantifying resources required, deliver to client requirements, prepare quotations / documentation etc and attend site meetings.
The suitable candidate will be required to attend meetings, accurately assess client requirements, define sub-contractor requirements and take an active role in Project Management.
Suitable candidates will need to:
Hold a UK driving licence.
Have current Estimator/Projects experience gained within construction or engineering.
Strong communication and numeracy skills, with attention to detail.
Carry out site surveys & travel.
Read and interpret construction plans and engineering drawings.
Use MS Office (Word / Excel / Outlook) and CRM Database.
Travel and spend time away from home as and when required due to work schedules.
