The Role
As a Project Manager at Heywood, you will be responsible for managing, from initiation through to completion, both internal and external development and implementation projects to meet/ exceed the main stakeholders’ agreed expectations.
You will key focus will be ensuring that that all projects are managed in line with Heywood’s framework to deliver to agreed quality, scope, time, budget and commercial terms.
Key roles and responsibilities
applying project lifecycle, method, processes, and procedures
managing and coordinating all resources allocated to projects
identification and quantification of project risks and mitigating actions
production and maintenance of project status reports, plans and logs
ensuring the completion and sign-off of post project retrospectives
collaborate with our Customer Relationship Management team to ensure timely, accurate and coordinated communication with customers and key stakeholders
to encourage knowledge transfer and develop project management capability within the business
Maintaining clear and open communication to ensure that expectations are aligned and teams are working to a common goal.
