About you
We are looking for a passionate Buying Admin Assistant for outerwear and tailoring with a minimum 1 years’ experience within fashion Buying ready to take the next step in their career to join our dynamic and fast pace Buying team.
Nobody’s Child is a small and agile but passionately run business. You will need to be highly organised and a natural collaborator with impeccable communication skills who shares our brand ethos in everything you do, like and follow.
Reporting directly into Assistant Buyer, you will assist and provide support across multiple product areas.
Day to day, your responsibilities will include:
Managing and updating the critical path for the department and feeding back to the Assistant Buyer in weekly critical path meetings.
Accurate Order raising for own brand and wholesale partners Support the Buying team in all Admin tasks and meetings preparations.
Updating the fit list on a weekly basis and updating the Assistant Buyer with seal deadlines and other critical paths deadlines.
Build & maintaining supplier relationships at BAA level
Sample management by supporting organisation of samples for E-com / Campaign / Content shoots
Ensuring samples are prepared for meetings
Preparing shoot lists to ensure all product is shot and liaising with E-com team to ensure product can go live in a timely manner
General admin
Ideally, you'll have:
Previous experience at a BAA level within a fashion retailer
Understanding & experience of working with a garment critical path
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
Accuracy and attention to detail related to product, process, and systems
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
