Description
The Finance Assistant will;
Respond to financial inquiries and provide financial expertise when required
Downloading information and recording on relevant databases and trackers
Housekeeping of data/files on local drive
Email mailbox maintenance - high volume
Processing of Real Estate Account invoices into property database
Supporting Real Estate team with progress on workload backlog
Adhoc duties assigned by team leader / team manager
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong ethics, with a high level of honesty and integrity
